cross tab report column width

Is there any way on a cross tab report to have the width of the columns adjust correctly to whats in the cells? Or is there a way to manually adjust the width of the columns?

There is to auto-adjustment feature. To adjust the width, grab the border of the label/summary and drag it to the desired width.

so, as far as the width of the grid itself, there's not a way to make the cells smaller in width? If narrowed down what is within the row, column, and summarized fields, but still isn't quite as small as I would like.

You can make the width very small--try this in design mode, with a magnified view if necessary. You can also uncheck "show cell margins" in the customize style tab to save space.
