Greetings,
I am working on a cross tab for my AVP's dashboard.
I have fields that display numerical values. This is for a nortel symposium database. The fields all relate to a call center's customer service. Here is a mock up of what I need

Jan Feb Mar April May

Calls Abandoned 2% 2% 3% 2% 5%
Calls Answered 89% 92% 89% 55% 99%

I have the percentage formulas built but the problem I am having is with the column labels. The fields in the table are named calls abandoned etc but they all contain numerical values and not a text string. When I try to bring them in they show up as numbers I really need to have those column names as a text box but I am unsure how to do this. I almost had it but all the columns are sharing one text box. I need to be able to add multiple columns
My research shows me there is a way to do this by building a formula and inserting it into the cross tab?

Any ideas would be helpful
Thanks in advance

I think the percentages must be summaries and that you have no row field in the crosstab. Go to the customize style tab->summarized fields-> and check "show labels". You can then modify the labels as necessary.
