Hi,

I want to display the data in different rows in my table as columns in the report using Crystal Report 8.5

I understand, that it is possible only by using a cross tab. Pls let me know if there is any other way out to get the information displayed in the mentioned format.

Now I have to insert the cross tab in the Groups Footer section. What I want is the header of the crosstab being put in the Group Footer be displayed only for the first time. For the other records it should be suppressed. Is it possible ??

Thanks,

Just so folks don't get confused, a Cross-tab 'Query' is something in MS Access. You are using a Cross-tab Object in Crystal Reports.

This is the only way in CR to get rows to go dynamically into columns.

What is the "header" of the cross-tab?
You want it to appear the first time - the first time what happens? The first group on the report? The first group of each page?
