I am using CR 8.0. I have a sales report that crosstabs sales reps (defined as a row in the Crosstab object) with a distinct count of their customers (defined as a summarized field in the same Crosstab object). Is it possible for me to add a percentage formula to this crosstab object? The percentage formula being distinct count of customers divided by overall count of customers displayed in a percentage format.

Your question gets asked many times on this website. I've actually asked it myself. Only to get that dreadful, nope. Crystal cannot do percentages IN a crosstab. You can create a manual crosstab and do your percentages OR if you can write a View, do the percentage in the view and then create a Crystal crosstab.

afaik, this feature has been added in version 9 of crystal reports.
