Cross Tab - Not listing Data

Hi
I am trying to make a table using "Cross Tab". The columns are names of unions and the rows are the cost centre of each employee.

I want all the people from one cost centre in a particular column to be listed, but when I finish the report, I only get one employee's name in the data field. (the computer wants to sum or count - but I just want it to list everyone that fits both areas).

Any help would be appreciated.

Try adding the employee ID or name as an additional row field.
