Cross-tab in group footer

Clearly cross-tabs in a group footer are wonderful and easy to use when the data is in the detail section.

However, how can I use a cross tab when the data is in a subreport that is in the detail section? (Due to formatting I must keep the data in a subreport.) Do I need to put the cross-ab in a subreport too?

Any ideas?

Geoffreyg: Either that or you could use shared variables to transfer values from the subreport to the main to feed your cross tab - depends on how much work this might be David C. Monks
