Cross tab help

Hi Guys

Crystal 8.5

Is their anyway I can display all field values even if they have no values in. Basically I have a field that can contain either one of these value (SUPPIER,CUSTOMER,BUYER).

So I want my cross tab to show all ot the field value even if their is no records with the selected value. at the moment is shows as

Supplier 1
Customer 3

However i want it to show as

Supplier 1
Customer 3
Buyer 0

The simplest approach would probably be to use summaries of conditional formulas (or you could use running totals) which are then placed in the report footer with text boxes for the labels.

if {table.field} = "Supplier" then {table.amt} //or 1 if you're counting

Then insert a sum on this at the grand total level (not a count).
