Cross Tab headings?

How can i get fixed cross tab headings?

I want to see the following layout
<15 16-30days 31-45days Total

# of students 2 1 2 5

The problem i face is that the headings only showup if the
there is a count. If the count is 0 the headings dissapear.
Can I hardcode the headings?
