Crystal Reports XI

Group #1 - Estimator
Group #2 - Debtor

Fields - Quote#, Quote Date, Job#, Job Inv $

Sample report

(Group 1) - TC
(Group 2) - AVI (count of Quote#) (Sum Job Inv $) (Count of Job #) (Sum of Job Inv $)
AG 10 12500 4 6500

The count of Job # and Sum of Job Inv $ is a running total based on a formula - Job # <> "". All works well but I would now like to add the data to a crosstab

The following is a format

Date/Quarter
Estimator Count of Quote Sum Job Inv $

The crosstab doesnt allow inclusion of running total.

How can I create a formula to represent -
a count of Job # (conditional <>"") and split per group?
a sum of Job Inv $ (conditional <>"") and split per group? (i.e. Group 1 - Estimator, Group 2 - Debtor)

Thanks very much for your help

Formula fields can be included in crosstabs, if based just on one detail line. E.g.
Code:
If {code} in ["A", "E", "O"]
then 1
else 0
