I have very simple cross tab as follows where I have:
supressed the Total header and lines
but want to show the 2nd summary row text and amount in red font

there will only ever be 2 rows of data as below example

Non - restricted 100,000,000
restricted 5,000,000 ---> put all this in red

Tried to normal method of font control but cant seem to get it working on this crosstab

Please explain the crosstab setup. Identify the row field, the column field if any, and the summary fields. I am unsure whether the restricted/non-restricted are two instances of your row field or two separate summaries displayed horizontally and labeled.

Row field is "ShortName" - this will output either Restricted or Non-Restricted
No column field
Summary field is "Amount"

As say its a very simple crosstab

I want it to show this type of example:

Non-Restricted 10,0000,000.00
Restricted 5,000,000.00 -- with this amount and text in red

No worries I have found how to do this using Highlighting Expert button - something I have never used in 20 years of using Crystal, Ive always used field format and then used X-2 button to place restrictions. Always something new to learn hiden away even though its in full view!
