Cross Tab Formating Decimal to Hours & Mins

Hello,

Can anyone please help me. I am trying to format columns in Cross Tab (Crystal Reports) to show me the data in hours and minutes rather than in decimals.

For example what I have at the moment is 7.6 and what I want it to say is 7:36.

Is there anyway to format these fields to show in hours and minutes? or can I add a formula to convert to the data in the columns to hours and minutes?
