Cross tab exprot to pdf problem

He there,
I'm using

VS.Net 2002
builtin Crystal Reports
Win XP, SP2

I have cross tab which creates virtual pages.
On Preview everything is ok,
but when I export the report from CR Viewer to pdf Column headers on the virtual pages are empty.

Any sugestions?
