I have a cross tab as follows:

123 456 m123 name ma123 m123
m678
m912
123 456 m123 name ma123 m123

and so on and so on.

What I would like is to see the details from the first 5 columns carry down for each line as follows:

123 456 m123 name ma123 m123
123 456 m123 name ma123 m678
123 456 m123 name ma123 m912
123 456 m123 name ma123 m123

Is this possible???

Why use a crosstab in this instance? This looks like a better candidate for simple sorting based on these fields.

Has to be a cross tab because of the way the data is held. If I did simple sorting it would show multiple lines per person, with a cross tab it takes it down to one line per person.

That still doesn't justify a crosstab--you can accomplish the same thing with grouping and you will get a better export--if that is the goal.

Grouping will not work for this report, can what I want not be done??

If one of the five fields (or some other field, e.g., an order ID) is unique to the row, you could add it as the first (outer column), and then suppress the subtotals for all row fields.
