I have 3 cross tab reports that are created as follow:

Total Percent
SLOT 122
SCHEDULED 40
COMPLETED 29
INCOMPLETE 93
Week Ending
Total Percent
HOLIDAY 0 0% <- 0 / 122
LEAVETIME 10 8% <- 10 / 122
MEETING 5 4%
LARGEHOME 4 3%
OTHER 17 14%
Total 36 30%

Total Percent
UNFILLEDSLOT 43 35%
CANCELLATION 2 2%
NOSHOW 0 0%
WEATHER 0 0%
OTHER 0 0%
Total 45 37%

I want to create a custom column called (Percent). The percent is calculated by using the total of count / total Slot in the first cross tab on Slot. Can I do that? I have no idea how to do columnn formula, I created the INCOMPLETE formula by subtracting Slot - COMPLETE. Please assist.

Are these manual crosstabs or inserted crosstabs?

What version of CR are you using?

Hi LB,

I have CR 2008 - these crosstabs were created using the wizard. I am not sure how to refer a specific cell (i.e Slot Total column in a formula).

I'm not sure I can help, as I am not familiar with the functionality for crosstabs in CR2008, which has changed quite a bit from XI.

I think it would help anyone who might want to respond if you would specify your rowfield (actual table.name please), and if you used formulas, please show the contents of each. Then identify the field and type of summary used in each crosstab.

Even in CR 2008 I would guess that you have to add the total count to the two subsequent crosstabs as an additional summary (which you can suppress), as I don't think you can easily pass values from one crosstab to another.
