Ok, not sure if the best way to do this is in a cross tab or not but basically I need to provide the following,

Last Full Week 195 4 2.05%
MTD 212 3 1.42%
Last Full Month 304 9 2.96%

For some reason I am struggling with getting the numbers to fall into the correct buckets, anyone know of an easy way to accomplish this???

What do the numbers represent? Report totals? Of what? Are they counts? Sums? What?

Last Full Week 195 4 2.05%MTD 212 3 1.42%
Last Full Month 304 9 2.96%

195 is the Count of start date, 4 is the sum of the following formula (IF {vw_ReportingInboundCallData.CallResult} = 'Hung-up'
AND {vw_ReportingInboundCallData.OnHoldTime} > 90
THEN 1
ELSE 0) and 2.05 is the percentage rate of 4/195.

You should be able to just formulas like:

if {table.startdate} in lastfullweek then 1

Insert a sum on this.

Similarly, with the other formulas--just add the appropriate clause.
