cross tab and a line in page header section

I am using CR11

I have put cross-tab in report header and I want a line at the top of all the pages from 2 page(wrote a formula).

I am getting the line on all the pages from page 2 .But when the cross tab gets to 2 page I get the line below the cross-tab. I guess I can set the page header options to put the line on pagebreak. But I am not able to fint it.
Need help.

Try placing the crosstab in the Report Footer instead of in the Report Header.
