Cross Tab- Add Text to Row

I have a cross tab report, both row and colums are numeric codes extracted from the tables. I need a desciption assoc with those codes to show on the cross tab ajd to the code.
This desc is stored in another file.

I created a formula field and placed it on the crosstab, however it seem as if it needs to be an array as the value
does not change as it goes down the report, it only is displaying on the first line. How can I get this field to display, I have also tried adding it as an addiitonal column/row etc,nothing works. Thanks in advance

Currently looks like this:
00 01 03 05

12
13
15
19

Need it to look like this
00 Abandoned 01 Vacant 03 Condemned
11 HOuse
12 Apt
13 Industrial Plant
14 Hotel

You should be able to concatenate these fields together in a formula, and then use that formula as your row and/or column field.

Post the formula for your row field as an example. Make sure that the concatenation works correctly in the details of the report. Ken Hamady
