Hi,
ADP database question.
I have a bunch of reports all driven by stored procedures on Server A which is where all the data resides. I need to have them run on Server B also. In the past I have created stored procedures on Server B which execute the stored procedure on Server A. Is there a way in the RECORD SOURCE to just point to the stored procedure on Server A without creating all these Dummy stored procedures on Server B ?

Thanks,

PWISE,
1) I will get you the code for the GAL 1st thing tomorrow. Have to find it.
2) I tried that already and it didn't work. It works from another stored procedure but not from the record source on a report. If I reference a table as
servername.dbname.dbo.tableName, then it works.

how about

{call servername.dbname.dbo.SpName}

I posted your GAL code.

The call did not work either. I did it with and without the braces. I was not sure if you wanted me to use them or not. I am open for any other suggestions. I already created a SP which executes the SP on the other server and the obviously works.

Thanks for trying. I am leaving for the day.
