I have a site on http: using an access database, which stores information in RC4 encryption. I have space on an SSL server using a shared server certificate and the folder is mapped to the same domain as the above http:
Is it possible to send data across from the shared server space to the second server without it being a mapped DNS? The database on the http: site is not open to http: access.
My ISP states that i have to use MSSQL with a DNS to connect to both sites as Access will not allow connection across servers via ADO or OLE-DB, is this correct?
