Cross Sell/ Up Sell Notes in Order Entry

I was curious if GP has this functionality out of the box. When a user in entering a customer order, can GP display a cross-sell/upsell note, which would be maintained by item number?

The idea is to display this info to the order entry department as they are entering orders they can effectively up-sell and cross-sell to the customer.

Any input appreciated.

You can create a VBA script to do it but this functionality is normally found in a CRM software like Siebel and Salesforce has it.
