Cross reference table into list

Hello,

How can I convert a cross reference table into a list of two reference columns and a data column.
eg.

Longditude and latitude and wind speed

long. 0 1 2 3 4
lang.
0 1 5 8 2 7
1 4 7 2 8 3
2 5 3 8 1 9

into..

long. lat. data
0 0 1
0 1 4
0 2 5
1 0 5
1 1 7
1 2 3
2 0 8

etc...

Can someone please help as I have several tables up to 360 x 80, thats 28800 cells!!

I've tried indirect functioning but i can't get it to work. any ideas as i'm lost, please help!

Transpose your long row into a column using paste special, then use the INDEX function.
