I have a huge datawarehouse thing that is composed by an enterprise side and
a so-called federated side. The FDW is, of course, on a SQL2000 server. Now:
in this FDW there's a db with all the dimensions and other DBs with the
facts. The DIMs are viewed in every fact-DB so that our reporting tool
associate facts&dims without increasing too much the GBs. The question is:
is there a way to check the constraints between facts and dims from a db to
another? Or from a tables and views (views from another DB, i repeat) into a
single DB? The SQL2000 manuals don't help with this.

Regards.
Thanks a lot, bye.
