Cross admin group mailbox moves

Hello,

We presently have two sites in our Exchange 5.5 Org. We're standing up a new Exch2k3 cluster in one of our sites and want to move the mailboxes from the two servers in site B to the cluster meaning we'll be retiring the servers in site B along with the site itself. I heard there are issues with cross-admin group mailbox moves? We have Exch2k3 SP2 on our cluster.

What are the issues with these cross-admin moves and is there a good article which outline the steps?
