Cropping to circular shape 1

Here's a real beginner's question. How do I crop a square graphic into a circular shape?

Hi,

Draw a circle, keep it selected and go to File> Place and select your graphic. The graphic will go into the circle.

Use the arrows (bla&ck & white) to reposition the graphic in the circle.
