cropping to a clipping path

I have a lot of scans with clipping paths that need to be cropped in a action and batch processed. Does anybody know of a method or plug-in that will allow me to crop the images to the clipping paths? Thanks

Try creating an action:

1: Open a sample image
2: Open the Actions palette (Window > Actions)
3: Select "New Action..." and give it a name
4: Open the Paths palette (Window > Paths)
5: Select the clipping path and select "Make Selection"
6: Image > Crop
7: Stop the action.

Now you can apply this to an entire folder (File > Automate > Batch..). I suspect each clipping path will have to have the same name in each file, but I could be wrong...
