I have a BITMAP whaih is the correct height bu has at either side large black areas. What i want to do is crop just the black areas from either side of the BITMAP and leave the rest of the image.
Does anyone know how i can do this?

Check for APIs: BitBlt, StretchBlt, MaskBlt.
If you are using MFC there are similar functions inside CDC class.
