Crontab websphere restart

Hi,
every night I restart websphere from crontab and it seems ok (no errors in system.out, startserver, stopserver) but the application is not able to work correctly.
If I restart websphere manually everythings work fine.
Do I have to setup some environment variable?

Did you resolve this issue as I'm working on the same issue right now where WAS works when started manually but fails when started from crontab
