On every crontab job I run on my Solaris 7 server I get the following mail message:

Subject: Your crontab file has an error in it
Content-Type: text
Content-Length: 1080

Your "crontab" on server
unexpected end of line
This entry has been ignored.

All my crontab jobs work but I always get a mail message with this same error.

Could you post a copy of your crontab file ?
Sounds like there is an error in it.

Sounds like you have blank lines with spaces and/or tabs in your crontab file. Just delete the lines and it will solve your problem.
