cronjob to run every 20mins 1

Looking for some help from you experts.

I want to run a cronjob every 20mins. (I have checked a thread for every 5 mins. But the way it was mentioned, I am getting an error).

Righ now I have

20 * * * * filename (this is running 20 mins after everyhour)

I tried that and I was getting errors. I was not even allowed to activate the cronjobs..
