cronjob failed with ldap in AIX

We have a server ldap user has some cron job won't start after a reboot, only if manually edit the crontab entry or manually restart the cron daemon

has any one had this kind or problem and have a better fix

ini the inittab the cron start before ldap.

! crontab for trev not loaded due to authentication error.

Alter inittab so that it starts ldap client before cron or perhaps duplicate some users locally (the ones that have cron jobs.)
