Have any of you seen/installed the Xima Cronicall now supported on IPO? Benefits vs. CCR, Contact Store et al.

I say Chronicall wins hands down from a historical reporting perspective. But I like CCR's real time views better. And if you're doing Chronicall there is no reason to do ContactStore, just sell their recording library solution since it integrates with the reporting.

And trust me, I am a VERY pro "all Avaya" person but in this case they have just fallen short for far to long.

seen it, love it and compared to the installation of CCR this is a breeze.
You click and it goes, no prerequisites that are not installed automatically and you can still use SSA on that server/PC you run it on because it uses Monitor information to get all the info about everything that happens.
We are trying to convince management to go with this instead of CCR
