CRON QUESTION

Hello Folks

I have a question is there any way to put something in crontab to have it run just that DATE and Time and never run again ...is there an arguement that could place in cron to allow this to happen ... We left something in CRON that caused us some problem. Just asking ....... Any ideas will be appreciated ..
