CRN - ThirdPartyCertificateTool.sh Problem (PKI)

I am having trouble getting COGNOS's ThirdPartyCertificateTool.sh tool to accept other software certificates. The BEA WebLogic demo certificate works fine, anyone else having this problem or know of a solution?
I have tried their support, but no response/solution yet.

Running COGNOS CRN 1.1 MR2 (and tried just 1.1)
BEA WebLogic 8.1 SP4 (tried SP3 also)

Any suggestions/ideas would be appreciated!
