I have a customer with a small office. I need to know what they will be missing if they use Outlook Business Contact Manager instead of buying CRM.

Thanks.

Flexibility to change the screens, depends on what the small office is planning on using it for.. since we needed to upgrade office anyway we went and got the small business edition with BCM included.. Let's just say you get what you pay for and that is 1 of the reasons BCM isn't sold as it's own product AFAIK.. within 6 months of Implementation we were working with a partner to get Dynamics CRM up and running..
also, BCM takes some hoops to have the database stored on a server instead of the individual computers..

Hi

You may also want to consider MSCRM Hosted, it is quicker to implement and still integrates with Outlook. As and when you are ready for an onpremise solution it is easy enough to migrate to this.

Hope this helps.
