Hi,
The company I work for uses CRM.
We have a couple of mailboxes that are forwarding mails to a CRM forwarder mailaddress.
Emails that arrive in this CRM forwardingmailbox are being sent to the correct crm queues.
Now, there are numerous emails that are stuck in an 'underliverable' folder.
This folder is a subfolder of the CRM forwarding mailbox.
Why is this happening? When I delete such undelivered email and I resend it again from the mailbox it came from, It does not show up again in the CRM undeliverable folder.
So why did it end up in this undeliverable folder in the first place?
Why is CRM bouncing back these emails? Cant it find the correct queue for the email?
Also, at this point, there are 750 undelivered mails in this folder. Is there a way to get them sent anyway from within this crm forwarding mailbox?
I didn't find too much info on this on the Net
thanks!

HS
