CRM Server Error

We have MS CRM 1.2 installed over here. When I try to access the CRM from the web it works fine. When I go to the server and try to access the User Manager under the Deployment Manager, I get the following error message:

Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'.(80040e4d)

Can someone please tell me what this error means and how can it be fixed?
