Hello,

We are currently in the process of installing CRM 3.0. I have the server up and running (which i thought would be the tricky part) however when i come to try and install the Outlook client on a win xp box running outlook 2k3 i recieve an error saying:

Could not write value key \software\classes\crmaddin.printhelper.

Our users have no admin rights (Locked down by policy), so i have done a runas using my admin account. I gave the user full rights to the classes folder under HKEY Local machine and HKEY Current user but still no joy. I am able to add the user to the local admin group for 15mins until policy updates but still unable to install, in the end i added them to the Domain Admin group (bad practise i know) and it works.

Has anyone else had any problems like this or anyone found a way of logging is as an Admin account and installing the Hook-in for a user?

Thank you.
