CRM Online - Lead Vendors

We just started using MS CRM Online. We currently receive leads from sources like Buyerzone and Vendorseek via email. Currently just receive the lead via email and we have to manually enter the data. I know they offer integration to CRM systems, just trying to get some help to do it. One says the need a "long-string email address to send to" others want to do an HTTP post and one will do a XML post via http. How do I accomplish this using CRM Online? Also, we use O365 for our email.
