I am new to this site and I am not sure if I am doing this right. I have an IPO Server Edition Version 11, An ASBCE 7.1, and now I have the ACCS 7.1.0.3. I am trying to understand or find out if anyone knows how to configure a CRM to work with the Avaya Contact Center I have. I was thinking about ERPNEXT CRM or SuiteCRM, both of them are open source. I would love to hire an expert on ACCS that has done this job before. Thank you.
