I was using CRM 3.0 on my Vista Ultimate laptop fine for weeks. Recently, when I opened Outlook 2003, I received an error that it could not connect to CRM, yet CRM would still be listed on the folders and I could see contacts. Only the CRM in the toolbar was greyed out.

I uninstalled CRM.
I can access CRM right now via the web client no problem.
I am installing CRM for Vista (version downloaded specifically for Vista) and am now receiving a warning "Setup cannot connect to the Microsoft CRM server. This might indicate that the server is down."
I am a domain administrator and a local administrator.

If I continue with the install, I still get the cannot connect to CRM error opening Outlook, but now I don't have CRM listed at all.

There is also a rollup 2 available for CRM, but it says it can't be used on Vista???
