When I go to install CRM Exchange Email Routing it tells me that "Either Exchange server is not installed on this computer, of the mailbox is not local to this exchange server" and then I abort abort the install. My question is can I just install Exchange system manage on the CRM server instead of installing the email routing on my exchange server?

Also, I want to backup the database, which is on SQL so that is not a problem, but what directories do I backup if I want to get a copy of the configuration file forh the GUI and all the rest of the configuration files? Thanks.

the router must be installed on exchange. On the CRM web server simply backup the directories from down
