CRM Beginner - Looking for pointers

Hello All,

I've been issued with the task of integrating Microsoft CRM 3.0 with our accounting software. before I gte that far I have no previous experiance in CRM. Anyone know of any simple guides to get the ball rolling? I have the SDK installed as well.

I would recommend you at least request that you get sent on some of the CRM courses. Starting an integraiton with CRM and an acocunting solution is a recipe for disaster if you have no experience at all with Microsoft CRM.

You also need .NET development skills which i assume you have

Tell your company to send you on a few Microsoft CRM courses so you can at least understand what you are integrating with
