Hi,

This is probably something simple, but today I was asked to setup a new user on a network by one of my web clients.

Although I can spell CRM, I don't go much further.

What I managed to do was
1. Set the User up in the Domain
2. Ensure that they are in Exchange
3. Set them up in the CRM

I then went to the users computer/workstation and had them login to the domain.

Outlook is working with Exchange, but none of the CRM components were available.

The next step was to access the CRM via Internet Explorer.

This worked fine, and they were able to work with CRM there. However I could not find any option to add the CRM to Outlook.

If we logged on as the last user, Outlook had the CRM integrated.

What am I missing? (Actually I just found the following
Microsoft CRM 3.0 Desktop Client for Outlook Deployment with Terminal Server - However, I dont think I need the Terminal Server version. - What should I look for?)

TIA (and a star if you can provide me with any insight)

Rob
