Anybody know of a great CRM application solution for IT business. I currently do part-time software/hardware/network work for home and small business. I would like to streamline my business with a CRM application that is inexpensive (Maybe Under $100). You advice is appreciated. Thank you.

I cannot tell you prices, but I would thoroughly recommend PROSPECTSOFT.

It's truly excellent.

ACT! AND Goldmine are 2 of the most popular entry level CRM packages, but they are a bit pricier than your requested.

"What version of URGENT!!! are you using?

I believe there is also a plug-in for Outlook that might help you out - Business Contacts Manager maybe?

I really like maximizer. They have a product that's similar to ACT! / Goldmine, and they have another Enterprise product thats higher end and pretty nice. The enterprise product can be licensed from 1 person up to multiple people.

If you start with regular maximizer now, you could probably migrate to the maximizer enterprise edition later without much trouble. That would allow for future growth without causing headaches if you want a better product later.

There's also vtiger that, I think is open source.
