Hello, I am new to this product, and was wondering if you could offer some of your expertise:

I'm looking for a tool which will process incoming and outgoing e-mails, and automatically add the details to the
case/opportunity/etc. I know about the "multichannel communications" module, but it does WAY more than I need/want. Thanks!!
