Hi,
I am tearing my hair out trying to resolve an email problem with the CRM 3.0 system I have inherited. I can send and receive emails to external addresses with no problems but when I try to email an internal address nothing happens. has anyone any ideas where to look?
I first noticed this with a workflow rule I have set up to notify me that a new email has arrived in a queue. It works if I send the email to my hotmail account but not to my internal email address.
