Hi All,

Anyone had any luck integrating CRM 2013 with the Avaya? All the info we found is very outdated. I know it is not supported anymore from what i read but was just wondering if anyone got it right.

What level of integration are you looking for? There are certainly paid solutions out there.

Basically what my boss wants is when someone phones in it must log the call on CRM as an activity under a certain client. If it is a new client he wants a new client page to be opened so all the details can be logged on to that CRM while on the phone with them. He wants to use it more for tracking Sales activities throughout the day in the office. Make sense? My wording may be incorrect I am not 100% certain how CRM works I am working with one of the IT guys to try and make it work.
