Hi,

What or which are the critical services I need to monitor to ensure my CITRIX servers/farm runs correctly.

Is it just the Terminal Services service? or are there others?

look in the event viewer and you will see normal and critical messages.
There are many services needed to run one citrix session and terminal services is just one part of it.
