NT4 SP6A

I am having a problem on a RAID 5 Volume in NT4 Server. NTFS, 127GB

Properties on drive indicate I have 22.5 GB of free space however I am unable to copy anything to the volume. I get Insufficent resources error. I can move/copy files off the volume but cannot copy anything to the drive. This volume is used for my scanners to upload images to. Currently I have my scanners pointing to another directory for upload but I'm running out of space. I have rebooted the server but still cannot copy anything to the drive. All suggestions welcome.
