So I see there is a critical patch for 10.0.3 for the missed call log issue which the customer is experiencing.
Never had to load a critical patch on IPO, is this loaded on Manager or embedded file mgmt...?

The end is near!

I believe, and correct me if I am wrong, that you copy the files to your manager folder and then do an upgrade. You could most likely also do a recreate of the SD card as well once you copied the patch in. I know this was how a critical patch for 8.1(73) was done letting you be able to use the 16B and 30Bs on 8.1.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

Depends if you have a IP500v2 or Server Edition.

On IP500 you would do a upgrade as usual through Manager, the CP just contains the .bin for IP500 standard and basic edition.
On Server Edition you install the .rpm through the Platform View.

I was successful in upgrading the server with the .rpm update, but how do you upgrade the 500V2 expansions? Is that even necessary, or does the server push out the patch to the 500V2 expansions automatically?

The rpm also replaced the ip500v2.bin that is used for the upgrade.
It uses the internal file server where it is located just like where the phone files are.
So you can use the se to upgrade the expansions.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Maybe I am blind. I don't see the critical patch on the support site download section. Should I be looking somewhere else??? Or do I need to call our distributor to get a copy?
